Report abuse or a scam
Being asked to pay off the platform? A listing that is not real? Someone acting as an agent? Tell us — you do not need an account, and a person reads every report.
If money has already gone
Report it here so we can act on the account, and contact the police as well. We can suspend a listing, an account or a payout destination on this platform; we cannot reverse a mobile money transfer or a bank payment once it has left.
If it is urgent
Call +233 54 012 8223 during office hours, or message +233 24 007 1797 on WhatsApp. A written report is still worth filing afterwards — it is what gives the safety team something to work from.
What happens to a report
It goes into a queue a person works through. Nothing on this platform suspends an account, removes a listing or withholds a payout automatically: a report orders the queue, and the consequence is somebody’s decision with a written reason recorded against it.
If you left a way to reach you, we will come back to you. If you did not, the report still counts — several reports about the same listing or the same number is exactly the pattern we are looking for.
