1. Who may list
Only verified landlords, property owners and authorised property managers may create listings. Acting as an estate agent, or listing property you do not own or are not authorised to manage, is prohibited and will result in removal and potential permanent ban.
2. Verification
You agree to provide accurate identity and ownership information. We may suspend accounts pending verification or where fraud is suspected.
3. Payments
Payments should be made on-platform. Domicium is not liable for losses arising from off-platform payments made against our guidance.
4. Agreements
AI-generated tenancy agreements are provided as a convenience and should be legally reviewed where necessary. They do not constitute legal advice.
